Watercolor practice

I decided I wanted to learn some traditional medium besides just..pencil so I bought some watercolors to mess around with. Decided to start with some pokemon sketches since they're limited colors and simpler shapes. Eventually tried a lady to play around with masking fluid.

I started a D&D game with my friends. I ended up making a halfling druid called Lady Sugarsnap the Precocious and her animal compaion Admiral Truffles.

 

 Heres the first sketch I did of her , before I realized she wouldn't have a staff and halflings dont wear boots
